A Key Position in our client’s Team
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will develop the technical expertise and market awareness to identify, open, and develop new market opportunities in an inclusive and supportive environment.
Our client is looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow and who is passionate about driving positive change to join their Renewable Energy team on a contract offshore wind desk. Typically, you’ll recruit for Bids and Commercial Managers as well as more opportunities to place Electrical and Mechanical skillsets.
You will grow, what they refer to as “your desk” - your desk in recruitment is a hub of activity, where you'll spend your days connecting with candidates, coordinating interviews, canvassing clients and working closely with hiring managers to successfully fill open vacancies. Sales activities and building relationships will be an integral part of your role.
