As a Recruitment Consultant, you will develop the technical expertise and market awareness to identify, open, and develop new market opportunities in an inclusive and supportive environment.
Our client is looking for an ambitious person who will bring with them an abundance of business development experience to attract passionate and capable professionals and win new business. You who will join their successful and welcoming Technology Team on a Projects and Programs desk with lots of potential.
You’ll recruit for skillsets such as Transformation and Change Managers as well as Business Analysts. You will grow, what they refer to as “your desk” - your desk in recruitment is a hub of activity, where you'll spend your days connecting with candidates, coordinating interviews, canvassing clients and working closely with Hiring Managers to successfully fill open vacancies. Sales activities and building relationships will be an integral part of your role.
